Our strength is body contouring: cryolipolysis, HIFEM, RF platforms, HIFU, RF-microneedling, laser lipolysis, ultrasound contouring. We buy these platforms first, fastest, and at the strongest price.

We also take cosmetic lasers on trade through our reseller partner network, so if you are moving a mixed lot out, send it all and we will route the laser side.

The platform needs to be within roughly fifteen years of manufacture, fundamentally operational, and complete. Non-operational units with unrecoverable faults — for example, a sealed cryolipolysis chiller failure — we can look at case-by-case but cannot guarantee an offer on.

OmniSculpt started around a simple observation. The pre-owned medical aesthetic market is enormous and crowded — laser lists running into the thousands, mostly organized by brand. Body contouring platforms have different economics, different service requirements, different clinical considerations, and different buyers than laser equipment. They deserve their own focus.

So that is all we do. Cryolipolysis. HIFEM. Radiofrequency and RF-microneedling. HIFU. Muscle stimulation. Laser lipolysis when it is indicated. The platforms driving body contouring revenue in the US — sourced, inspected, placed with the practices that are going to actually use them.

Where the inventory comes from

Three channels. Closures, where a practice is shutting down a location or the business entirely. Consolidations, where a group is centralizing operations and surplus platforms need to move. Upgrades, where a clinic is moving from one generation to the next and wants the outgoing system off their floor. Each channel has its own valuation dynamics; we are transparent with sellers about which one we are using.

What we do not do

We do not list platforms we have not seen. We do not make origin claims we cannot verify. We do not fabricate usage hours. We do not pitch a platform as right for a practice if we do not believe it is. Body contouring buyers have long memories; the math only works if the practice wins.
